RecommendedTerrible experience. Nobody cared to talk to us for about 1hr. I repeatedly tried to get with one of the sales people who didn’t have a clue about customer experience. It helped me make my mind to decide my new vehicle: NOT a Tesla.
Do not stay open during shelter in place!!!! This is not an essential service
They are unresponsive to serious safety issues. My doors on our Tesla don’t open from the outside, my husband had fro climb in the trunk. They have repeatedly set up on site service appointments for him and then canceled them only to re schedule weeks later. I finally got to a customer service agent on line who said they have an obligation to handle safety issues immediately and advised my husband to go directly to Tyson’s to drop off his car. I purchased a car and I have had it less than a week. The charging cable was not working right which I knew for a fact. No matter how many times I told the service guy, he kept giving me excuses and reasons why it was not working telling me it was. After repeating myself 5 times, he told me just to get a mobile service. So, he wanted to waste my time and spend wasted money on having someone come to me house. Literally worst customer service ever!!! I called last year trying to buy a used Tesla model X. Salesman wouldn't even talk to me since I wasn't buying new. They said they'd give "used sales" my number. NOONE ever called. I called several more times and gave up. Called again few days ago. 13 months later. Again, I have CASH, trying to buy a used X with thoughts of buying new if i like the car. Again, noone would deal with me and noone called back. F*** this company.
