Your vehicles and automated tools are wonderful. Couldn’t be happier. Unfortunately, any process that involves a human is terrible. The delivery process was completely inadequate. I already gave feedback on this and didn’t get a response. Now I have a service issue and there’s no one with any technical expertise to help. Perhaps Tesla is not suited for the luxury vehicle market? Maybe stick to more modestly priced vehicles where there is not as much of an expectation?

Your vehicles and automated tools are wonderful. Couldn’t be happier. Unfortunately, any process that involves a human is terrible. The delivery process was completely inadequate. I already gave feedback on this and didn’t get a response. Now I have a service issue and there’s no one with any technical expertise to help. Perhaps Tesla is not suited for the luxury vehicle market? Maybe stick to more modestly priced vehicles where there is not as much of an expectation?

I highly recommend Rocklin Tesla. My wife works at Sutter in the emergency room. When covid virus hit Sacramento . Hospitals were having a shortage of respirators. Rocklin Tesla stepped up to the plate and donated there stock of N95 respirators . Hats off to Tesla, thank you for doing your part to ensure my wife and her coworkers have have respirators in the ER
