RecommendedWe were very excited to purchase our first Tesla but the San Antonio service center has been woefully lacking in communication with us. We have left numerous messages, emails and tried just about everything to get someone to discuss the status of our car. It got delivered to the service center from California but we were told it had paint inclusions and needed repair, that was over two weeks ago. No one has communicated with us since. Very discouraging to be paying for a car we haven’t even seen yet.
