My 92 year old relative needed some shopping in an emergency today. She insisted in walking around the store herself to pick ready made meals even though she is not steady on her feet. At the end she was in pain and found it diddicult to get to the exit. I spoke to a girl (chloie) to advise her. She got one of the tills to open so I could pay for the goods and held the exit gate open for my relative to exit. She then offered to mind her until I got the car. Chloe
