Most staff is very helpful, but few of them are very improfesional, phones are more important than costumers, or being disrespectful to a customer.

I went there at the Ballybeg, Waterford Tesco store looking for a blank Tesco sim card. Two staffs assured me that there is nothing called a blank Tesco sim card. They asked me to buy a normal sim card. I came back home with the one they suggested (15Eur cost) and called the customer care, and they said there is indeed something called a blank sim card. I visited a different store from where I got a blank sim card for 10Eur.
