I had a fantastic experience at the Tesco Currency Exchange, thanks to Pamela and Jo. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Both were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I got the best possible service. It’s rare to come across such helpful and genuinely kind staff. Pamela and Jo are a real credit to Tesco – thank you both for going above and beyond!
Just had a really bad experience here 03/08 11:30. Firstly, some fridges where down. Not anyone's fault. The sign said to ask a member of staff if you can't find what you need. First member of staff told me to find a member of the chilled team, as if I worked here. Luckily that was resolved by a great member of staff. Finally get to the bakery and bread section, can't find an item (i know where it should be). Ask a member of staff and was told oh its round there... where ive just looked.
