8:45am 3/2/2026 I went to the customer service to buy a packet of blue Terea. I have an accent (coming from another country) but I am fluent in English. A middle aged lady with long hair and glasses pretended she couldn t understand what I was asking for. She even ironically said what we have is on display. I asked / guided her to open the cupboard below the vapes on her left side to show her what I was asking for. Even then she pretended not to understand.
