Absolutely sick Of rushing to my local Tesco after finishing a long day working only to find most nights it is closed and staff are inside facing off shelves while security man argues through the shutter with customers about closing early. I had a very disappointing experience at this Tesco store. The official closing time is clearly stated, yet the doors were shut at 9:45pm — a full 15 minutes earlier than advertised. That’s simply unacceptable, especially for customers who rely on accurate store hours. What made the situation worse was the behavior of the security guard. I had a really disappointing experience at this Tesco. Yesterday, we arrived at around 21:40, well within the stated opening hours (which clearly say 7am to 10pm). However, when we tried to enter, a staff member shut the door right in front of us. We pointed out that the store was supposed to be open until 10pm, but we were completely ignored. No explanation, no apology—nothing. Very unprofessional and frustrating. If the opening hours are different, they should be clearly updated instead of treating customers like this.

Be cautious when shopping here. Check products for tampering and always ask for a receipt. I’ve had bad experiences at this shop
