My car was suffering with gearbox issues. From the first phone call I was met with amazing customer services. The lady on the phone was so helpful throughout, and got me booked in. On the day they gave me an honest review of what needed doing and said it was up to me but it didn't seem financially viable to do the repairs due to the mileage. They were not pushy to try and get work, and then when I paid the bill for the diagnosis, it was half of what I was told it would be as they said it took them half the time. So I called TES today to have to some necessary repairs done on my auto transmission. I believe the person that took my call is the owner. I'm no transmission specialist, but I felt so belittled by the borderline sarcastic remarks coming from this man. He clearly had no time or patience, or even inclination to answer a few questions I had about the process and he seemed to expect me to know anything about the transmission in question. TES staff were really friendly and knowledgeable and fully transparent with costs up front which gave me great confidence they’d be the best to resolve a problem with my DSG transmission. The work was completed in good time and communication was great. They were then really supportive in helping me make a claim with a third party warranty company - superb service. Highly recommended.
