The customer service is horrible in this place. I have called and left messages for management for 9 times over 3 weeks, and not even a call back. We have not had a swimming pool for the entire summer and now nobody is even working on it. But if you ask them they will say it will be done in 2 weeks. The grill opened for the first time last weekend since hurricane Irma lol!!! For what they charge it is nowhere near the customer service or upkeep of any of the buildings in Edge-water, Brickell, or Downtown. Total joke. The sta... read more
