Updated Review (25 August 2025): As an update, our project finally concluded after about 3 months in total. The end product of the work is very good and we will be happy in the garden long term. As described in our original review, there were quite a few communication issues along the way and it required a lot more time on our part than we anticipated in terms of the level of follow up. We are in the midst of our experience with Terra Flora, so this review is subject to change. We are having a very difficult time. We booked in for a complete garden redo, including paving, a shed, landscaping, new lawn, etc. We contacted them in early March and started the design process soon after. We experienced some delays in receiving the design, which in hindsight was foreshadowing of what was to come, but at the time was not a big deal for us as we were assured it would not affect the work starting. We have had a small garden redone, in May / June 2025, with significant work to the patio (old one removed and more extensive one installed). Work was scheduled to take 3 weeks but ended up being 6 and a half. The logistics were chaotic, staff on site but no materials or at times no tools… material would turn up but then no one on site for a day or two. Tom and his team were incredible from start to finish. Very creative design, extremely helpful advice and suggestions, hardworking friendly team. Our garden has been truly transformed into an outdoor living space. Only wish is that we had done it sooner! Highly recommend Terraflora to transform your garden!
