My husband was referred to this doctor by West Hills Hospital. He waited over 24 hours for the doctor to arrive at the hospital for a consultation...which never happened. We called her office and were told she would see him at lunch time. When the hospital called much later in the day suddenly the office staff said she was just given the consultation and would be there late in the evening. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
