Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Was this neurologist friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. I got an appointment quickly, BUT ended up having to wait quite awhile once my appointment time was up. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there.

Dr. Engelberg conducted partial tests on my elbow only, missing the wrist. I then called her office to inquire about the missing test. It took a week for her to return my call at which point she claimed that I had issued threats and demanded that I address her as Doctor, which I did. At last, she acknowledged my wrist had not been tested.
