I was very nervous on my first appointment, but the staff put me at ease. And then when the doctor came in, she could not have been nicer, gentler, or more sympathetic. Since I have to go to the doctor, I'm glad I found Dr. Engelberg and her lovely staff.
DON'T BE LATE ! NO PLACE TO PARK , OFFICE STAFF SO RUDE YOUNG GIRLS THAT DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. NO ENCLOSED AREA IN THE OFFICE SO EVERY ONE KNOWS YOUR BUSINESS. THEY ACTUALLY TIMED OUR VISIT! DR. ASKED ME TO LEAVE A LIST OF MEDICATIONS, AND AS IM DOING IT THE RECEPTIONIST SAID "ARE YOUR DONE YET!???" WHAT WHY IS THERE A TIME LIMIT ON MY MEDICATION LIST ? At first we thought the Dr. was very good until we tried to get a hold of her and she was always to busy to call back to ans some very serious quistions. The bottom line she does not have any bed side manner when it comes to a patient that is in real need.
They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
