My rating is O .I have been let down by them with no reply to my texts or calls on very bad timing ,just after my operation ! i started the cleaning service with them ,they keep changing the cleaners when i explained i am not happy with this they have not replied to my texts, then when then replied they said with don't have any cleaner available wait a week or 2 ,then no reply nothing nothing
VERY disappointed with this company, is very UNPROFESSIONAL did not done job as promised, now they ignoring my calls ,txt,email , I want them to do the job for i paid or refund my money
Do not use this cleaner. They clean reasonably well but are impossible to get hold of. We called them 37 times between Saturday and Thursday, left voicemails and sent countless texts with no response. They cleaned twice for us. The second time they arrived late and left early. Obviously as we couldnt get in touch we had to change our locks as they have a front door key. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
