I enjoy the doctors and nurses, but everything else is a headache. You have to fill out paperwork every time you come in. But don't worry you will have plenty of time to do it. Average wait time from appointment time until you see a doctor has been one hour and 26 minutes! I have been trying since last fall to get enrolled in their patient portal but I have never received the token or temporary login information to do so. Their medical staff is wonderful, but the practice is so large it seems to be ran ineffectively.
Dr. Ryan Dabbs did my knee replacement and thru the whole journey (that is what I called it) I had EXCELLENT care. Thank you so much Dr. Dabbs!
Physical therapy isn't one of those things we like to "sign up" for, this was an awesome experience to get me back on the road to recovery. I went in for my first appointment thinking it was going to be a bunch of BS but I was wrong. The crew here seemed to really care about getting me back in shape and doing it quickly, I am not gonna say that I didn't go home and pop 4 Advil after because I did just that!
