I have NEVER in my life written a review,however, the way I was treated there is important to share. I do NOT recommend using TOC at all for any reason. The care I received was terrible. Then transitioning to another surgeon has been nothing but a headache because TOC wants to complicate me getting medical records and tests that I PAID in full for up front. Would highly recommend you find another provider

Recommendeddr bolt and dr ashley self have been amazing with pushing workers comp for treatment
I don't go to the doctor. But after 2 years of nerve pain in my back I went. I saw PA Kelley Cunninham. Although my regular doctor was concerned about a curve in my spine that has developed just over the last 3 years, Cunningham blew it off as "eh, they probably just took the x-ray from a different angle." No follow up, no checking into it...nothing.
