I love Dr. Edwards and his staff! Andrea is the best dental hygienist ever. Always a great experience when I go to the dentist.
Had a great cleaning by Meghan and consultation from Chad. Great facility and would recommend the office to anyone needing a good dentist.
I was extremely impressed with the staff and Dr. Edwards help in consulting with me about gum issues that I have. It is a difficult diagnosis because I have an autoimmune disease. I have over riding medical issues associated with the autoimmune disease. I want to thank Dr. Edwards for a very honest opinion and for giving me several things to look into before I decide what I am going to do. Thank you to the staff for being very helpful and compassionate.
The absolutely best place to go to a dentist. I have been a patient of Dr. Edwards for many years and was the 19th patient to see him when he opened his current office and the building was brand new. The staff is the very best, most friendly, and it's always a pleasure to see them and even take time to visit with them. I can't say enough about how great the experiences are that I have had with Tennessee Centers for Laser Dentistry. I hope to continue with Dr. Edwards as long as I live in Franklin or near enough to go there.
I've been going to this practice for several years. Every encounter has been excellent. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, service-oriented, and do everything they can to ensure great service. In addition, I feel like they go out of their way to help me understand more than just "brush and floss." A great practice that I recommend to others!
Staff is very friendly. Jordan was very professional, knowledgeable and most of all, GENTLE. I completely trust Dr. E with all my Dentistry needs. He uses state of the art treatments and stays educated on the latest technology and medical studies. I hate to recommend him because it's harder for me to get an appt. But, I must, his office is the best.
Wonderful and caring staff that listen and make it the best possible experience.
