The entire staff is friendly, caring, skillful, know all the current ways of keeping us healthy, not just our teeth and gums. The attention Kim pays to get my teeth clean is commendable. She makes sure I'm doing my part in my health care. Drs. Edwards and Torti are the best. Their methods and equipment are state of the art, they are fun, cheerful, and talented. The front desk people know their stuff, care about us personally, know us by name, and you don't have to wait for anything. 10 stars would not be enough!

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The personnel are very pleasant and I was greeted by Jordan who gave me a thorough exam as well as Dr. Torti. They are both enjoyable and educated in the dental field. I moved from the Nashville area and hated to change dentists as I was very happy with my old dentist. All in all I am very happy with my decision and would recommend this office to anyone who needs a dentist with modern technology and honesty in taking care of their oral health.
I have had so many bad dental experiences over the years. TNCLD certainly was NOT one. Dr. Torti is wonderful, the staff is attentive and friendly. I used to hate going to the dentist but this group of professionals has taken away the fear and I actually look forward to my visits. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wonderful group of folks to help them with their dental health.
My experience at TN Laser Institute was awesome. The Dental Hygienist Kim talked to me about my fear of dentists (not the dentist, just the drill really!) and wanted to know about my dental hygiene, what I liked and what I didn't like. When I called they made an appointment for me in 3 days! That's amazing as I've waited weeks before for a new dental appt. Everyone was nice and very accommodating. This is my dental office forever. From someone who HATES and fears going to the dentist, the staff does everything they can to make it as good as it can be. I like the fact that everyone is always on time which gets me out as quickly as possible which makes me very happy! Thank you for your understanding.
