Verified Renter I love the walkability to everything I need. During bad weather sidewalks were always cleared in a timely manner. MFLATS management team is always available and friendly. Package delivery is a breeze and so convenient. Every month there is a different activity free of charge just sign up! The activities provide A social experience and are a great opportunity to meet new people. Dogs are always welcome at MFLATS, doggie treats are available at the free coffee/tea bar in the lobby.

GORGEOUS apartments TERRIBLE customer service Emails left unanswered. I applied online and supplied additional docs. After a few days of radio silence I called to confirm the docs were received & inquire on the status of my app. After being put on hold a couple of times Marketing Specialist J.G. told me he had questions about my docs.
