Verified Renter We cannot have asked for a better community to live in. We are especially impressed by all of the measures the building put in with regard to the Covid-19 pandemic! Because of the measured and calculated efforts, we feel that we are safe in our community. All of the email updates, signs, the strategic closing and reopening of common areas, etc impressed both my husband and myself. Love everything about living here!

However one week into our stay there was almost a lockdown in MD with all people working from home, dine in restaurants shut down and only essential services running. Verified Renter Ten-M is a very nice community to live in. However, management has policies that are inequitable and pose a threat to resident's with regards to parking your car even though you have rented a parking space, you may be subject to having your car towed and without prior notice.
