Verified Renter I really appreciate the MFLATS management and the maintenance guys who are so helpful. The major concerns that I have and have heard from many other residents is the noise level from apartments above. Also, there have been times I and other residents have seen dirt, screws, wrappers on floors by elevators or hallways and have counted several days or maybe weeks before it has ever been cleaned up.
