Verified Renter I have had 3 apartments in the last ten years within a 5 mile radius. This is by far the most tenant friendly environment I have lived in. I know many of my neighbors, and the staff is really helpful, and friendly. I really like it here, and would strongly recommend this complex/Kettler to anyone looking for a change of scenery in Columbia. This place has really been a great experience so far.
