Not worth for your buck I moved to Tenmflats last year and I will say this, I don’t often write reviews for apartments, but my experience at Tenmflats has not been a good one. I want to help warn potential tenants/applicants from leasing at this apartment. I’ve had issues receiving phone service at my unit and when I’ve addressed it with them, they aren’t interested in fixing the problem. Poor management This apartment complex is falling apart. Poor management, bad smell in the garage at all the time, pet smell in the elevator, rude staff in the leasing office and pool area is making it difficult to enjoy your time.

Horrible place Management lacks any sense of professionalism; packages get lost often and the front desk abruptly leaves during the weekends without any timely notice. I moved from downtown Baltimore, and I would say the the crime here (especially vehicle thefts, and break-ins) is significantly worse. There is a lack of security. Random people are able to get inside the community (you can tell because they ask other tenants to key them in) to use our amenities like the basketball court and gym. Terrible Living Experience I recently moved out of Ten M after living there for 2 years. Among my greatest concerns was the noise from the neighbors above as I lived on the 1st floor. Late night music, a little kid running around til late hours, and the lack of attention to this problem by the "management". this meant sleepless nights. Not worth it These apartments present as a “secure” building but that means 1 security guard for 3 buildings where nighttime theft is frequent. Just this week, 2 vehicles were stolen from the garage, and a few moths ago someone was shot!!! The property owners won’t hire more staff to actually “secure” the building so you are pretty much on your own. This place is a prime target for thieves and has gone downhill fast in the last 5 years. If you value your property (and your safety) I would not even consider moving here.

Verified Renter Best apartment I have ever lived in. The entire staff is amazing. I've lived her for almost 3 years and never had any issues. Everyone is friendly and professional, the maintenance crew is fast and skilled. The front desk crew is accommodating and makes living here a pleasure.
