Verified Renter This is my apartment /hotel as my 5 year old nephew calls it as well as many of my friends. Ten M has all the amenities you can imagine on site and walking distance to create restaurants, major mall , trails and grocery stores.
Verified Renter We love to live at Ten.M. One negative point is the washer and dryer. The water saving feature does not provide even enough water to wet the clothing. In addition, any clothing with fine fabric often gets caught at the bottom. The other point is that when the building settles, the floor squeaks when we walk on itnot sure if there is any technical solution short of removing and redoing the tiles.
Verified Renter mFlats is a comfortable, upscale apartment community that's convenient to everything. I made an excellent choice.
Verified Renter Love living at Ten. M. The location is also great right across from Columbia mall, lots of restaurants places, and fun activities in the area. If you are looking for a classy and place to live I would definitely recommend Ten. M apartments.
