Verified Renter The location of these apartments is great, the amenities are very nice, and the actual apartment is very nice. But before you move in, I would ask if they will have someone walk around in the apartment above you to make sure you are comfortable with the amount of noise. I think the hardwood floors and the type of lights and furniture in the apartment magnifies the noise the people who live above you make which can make it very uncomfortable to live in the space.

The amenities (pool, gym, sports bar, virtual reality room, business center) are the biggest draw for us and the urban feel of being in a "downtown" area and walking to everything makes it even better. Verified Renter I’m one month in and absolutely loving it! The staff has been amazing. They are beyond friendly yet professional and have addressed any concerns in a timely manner. From the property manager to the maintenance team, even down to the building janitorial team, everyone has been genuinely nice and beyond welcoming. The convenience of community living (shopping, banking, eateries, walking/running trail access) within 1 mile is truly spoiling me. I’m so glad God lead me to this place.
