Did a great job for me but when I called a few weeks later to say there was a small issue he totally ignored me, he also promised to setup an maintenance plan but is totally ghosting me….. shame as he’s a nice guy.
Sean completely let us down. He gave us a quote and told us what to order for a small toilet renovation in our cab office. Goods ordered. Sean gave us a date to start work and we had the goods delivered. Suddenly Sean no longer answered our calls and after weeks of not hearing from him his dad rang us and told us Sean had food poisoning!!! Couldn’t text or ring us obviously. Dad said he would get somebody else to contact us and do the work. No one rang us. Tried ringing Sean again but he wouldn’t answer. . We waited 2 months... read more
