sold me a home that someone didn't legally own and now saying they can't talk to me since they represent the seller. needless to say I'm suing.
my wife purchased our home in full paid in cash just found out that the seller only actually owned 1/2 of the home with his wife who is also on the deed owning the other half meaning we legally only own half of our new home. A title search was done and Cruse Law did the closing so how does something like this happen where a real estate agent sells you a home that someone doesn't legally own and the real estate agent won't return our calls?
