If I could, I would give no stars. One of the worst agencies i have been involved with. Reading comments below - everything negative is true. I have lived with mice (they refused to lower rent despite it continuing for many months). The house inside looks lovely but it has big problems such as windows are very cheap and let in cold air in to the point where I was constantly ill with fever, headache, sore throat - if you are willing to leave heating on constantly then this problem is irrelevant.
