Rude and insulting receptionist who barks at patients and hangs the phone on them. A horrifying experience, not limited to one occasion but repeated time an again. Most definitely to be avoided.
Making people fill online triage forms in order to see a doctor is going to deter and delay treatment for people who genuinely need medical attention. It's going to cost lives. I would have thought they wanted to keep us alive and well enough to keep paying taxes!! I'm left completely gobsmacked by this!
Unable to get a non-urgent appointment to see "my" GP by any means. Told to fill in a form online by the receptionist. Online the message is 'Temporarily unavailable' The practice has no complaints protocol or sustem as far as I can see
