Silas was helpful with treatment and advice regarding painful sciatica caused by a slipped disc. Highly recommended and reasonably priced.

I have just completed 5 weekly sessions with Dr Silas and I am very happy with the results. The stiffness in my neck and back have improved immensely and I feel my posture is much straighter. I have arthritis in my knees and Dr Silas has given me good examples of exercises to strengthen my legs along with taping them up for a week which helped a lot. Something I will continue to do.
