Excellent service and good quality of food
Over priced, charity shop. Couldn't believe the prices. I've been told the prices go on the area with charity shops. The prices don't match the area Sorry !!
I was due to collect a freezer today and called in advance to explain due to traffic I would be arriving at 4:47 and was told that they are closing doors at 4:45 which I completely understand and was happy to collect another day however I was met by Rachel being extremely rude telling me that she “ isnt going to explain Google to me”. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and customer service. Will not be returning.
Very well stocked shop
Due to a faulty purchase and I appreciate the inconvenience caused. I was surprised at the group's that you aren't able to refund, told the policy that you will be given credited back wasn't good. I was made to take the item to another place of the same. Fortunately, I acquired a suitable substitute. I think there may think again of their policy.
