Cracking experience from start to finish with Tees Valley Caravans especially Tom (the man knows his stuff about caravans). From browsing the wide selection of caravans in stock, to help with choosing the right one and advise, the handover and everything else in between nothing short of amazing. I've just received delivery of my beautiful caravan today, what can I say, Tom was amazing, he couldn't do enough for us, the company went above and beyond, nothing was to much trouble and maz was also amazing he help me out with little things that need doing to the van, I can honestly say, from start to finish the service was 100%, I'd never go anywhere else, keep up the excellent customer service and sell quality caravans, thank you so much

From start to finish, the customer care and attention was second to none. Bought the caravan in December and we were able to leave it on site until January (even changing the pick up day twice wasn’t a problem).
