This place is nearly always packed, and with good reason. This restaurant has been the place for "gringos" to enjoy good Mexican food, good company and potent potables. The stone walls and lack of windows make it a bit cave-like, but the bright orange booths give it a zip of fiesta color and an unpretentious feel. Known for the Green Corn Tamales and Chile Rellenos, it also offers burros, chimichangas and tasty margaritas.

Every time we are in Phoenix/Scottsdale we have to hit up Tee Pee. It is so good! Great place.
Went with the chimichanga with green chille, Macha beef, and Carne. Enjoyed the atmosphere, history and great food. Excellent service. Fun to go to a local place.
