This place is nearly always packed, and with good reason. This restaurant has been the place for "gringos" to enjoy good Mexican food, good company and potent potables. The stone walls and lack of windows make it a bit cave-like, but the bright orange booths give it a zip of fiesta color and an unpretentious feel. Known for the Green Corn Tamales and Chile Rellenos, it also offers burros, chimichangas and tasty margaritas.

The desk clerk at our hotel recommended we come here. Not disappointed. Great food. So much that when we returned to the area two weeks later to leave AZ we ate here again.
SOOO GOOD! I live in Missouri, went while visiting my grandma, I seriously emailed them about sending me enchilada sauce, lol I also have considered flying there just to eat.
It's our go to neighborhood restaurant, always friendly and very comfortable. Oh did I mention that the food is pretty darn good. And the Pom Margaritas are almost as good as the soon to be on the menu sangrias should be. Lol
Such a fun place to go and eat outstanding food. I love it.
I hadn't been there since I was a little girl when my grandmother was the cook. Lupe Quinonez was a great cook. The food was yummy, we had a good time. My family and I will be going again.
