I actually wanna give the 0 star. Avoid them at all cost. I am not their direct client but the seller of the property is. Because of them now I have to look for another property. My mortgage was approved back in January and all the searches and everything was done by February. This firm takes ages to reply to my solicitor. They take weeks to do any paperwork. If there was a zero star rating that would be what Alan Tedstone would receive. Not a client just a client's purchaser. The chain was held up for hours while this solicitor prioritised his court appearance, journey from court and a client meeting over giving the OK, as the executor of an estate, for the sale of a property, despite the date for completion having been agreed by all parties well in advance.
