Sunday arriving at 12 noon Waiting room all full . Car park almost full . Everyone is super nice . Very warm hearted African nurse given me 2 paracetamol Then a kind Filipino nurse prescribed me anti biotic . All under 1 hour . Happy in Happy out . Very efficient . Quicker than Kingston hospital a&e Also a huge shop inside waiting room , full of food and drink . Old gentleman runs the shop is very nice also .
I checked in with the urgent care in the morning and was seen, given my prescription and free to go within an hour. Seamless process with polite reception staff and the nurse I saw was lovely and very helpful. Thank you all for the help.

The nurses at Teddington Memorial were absolutely marvellous, I had a wound in a particularly unpleasant place and their outstanding treatment and knowledge completely changed my quality of life while I rapidly healed. Wonderful, thank-you! Thie hospital and staff are very pleasant generally.
Unfortunately found myself having to come here on a miserable Friday night as I will do anything to avoid A&E. I was seen within half an hour by a lovely Doctor who issued me with a prescription that I managed to get fulfilled at the Pharmacy across the road. Maybe I was one of the lucky ones but I could not fault the service.
