Ordered a new Bimini and additional canvas work from Tecsew. Ally, Nate, Calvin and Adam were great from beginning to end. Great attention to detail and a great result. Would definitely use them again
After 10 years with the original aft covers showing signs of deterioration it was time to change, after some research I met with the Tecsew team and viewed their manufacturing facility. The overall experience was professional, prompt and very attentive to our modification requirements. Extremely happy with the quality and craftsmanship of the new covers, the attention to detail for the bespoke installation was excellent and the polite customer service provided by the team, I highly recommend Tecsew.
Be warned, this company is very bad, they made covers for my boat, they were made incorrect size and the covers leaked though the clear plastic to canvas joints, very badly , they said they would repair, i took from boat in Poole to there factory unit lee on solent ,now they say they wont repair, seriously bad customer service. be warned !
The process from start to finish was simple, detailed, and precise. Having fixed pricing outlines made it easy to decide what I could do and what options worked for me. The 3d scan kf the boat and adjusting the design was fun and effective. Top all that with faster service than any canvas shop ive dealt with in the past decade and you've got a win. Fantastic, responsive service, and a quick delivery. They made up cushions for my catamaran that are just perfect, high quality, very well made. I would be hard pressed to find another company that even comes close. Very happy
