I really wanted to like this company. We purposely purchased with them rather than going to one of the big stores like DFS. They had good reviews and appeared to have good quality products but sadly, that is not the case. Since the day of delivery, the frame on one of the sofa sections has been defective, causing back pain if sat on it too long. We purchased the sofas in 2024 and this issue is still ongoing, with the company not responding to emails and on last contact, was told the part is still 'on order'. The heated seat ... read more
Terrible customer service. Called in for warranty work and they advised they will come out themselves rather than the warranty company. Due to delays with their supplier they haven’t been able to fix my sofa and now advising to contact warranty company. - Definitely avoid this buying from here
