Terrible customer service. Called in for warranty work and they advised they will come out themselves rather than the warranty company. Due to delays with their supplier they haven’t been able to fix my sofa and now advising to contact warranty company. - Definitely avoid this buying from here

Our new sofa is THE best sofa in the world so far! It is so beautifully made, comfy, supportive, our dog adores the heated seats😂and we didn’t think we’d be bothered about them - but they are soooo cozy and relaxing after a hard day.
