UPS has hired so many drivers since August 1st that I believe the new full timers constitute 15-20% of the Chicago area seniority lists. So explain this- UPS records record profits in last few quarters but the new contract forces all new hires to wait an extra year for full scale. So most drivers it will take SIX Years to hit decent wages. It takes about two years as a seasonal driver which aren't counted towards progression plus this ridiculous 4 year progression under the new crap proposal. VOTE No!!!!!!!!!
Alot of companies are really pressing the envelope with side stepping union policies but if you cant get your B/A to ever return a phone call then theres noone to protect you from getting trampled over from management.

Ok, let me see if I understand this Teamsters Union. You want us to call our Representatives in congress and ask them to vote no on fast track but you want us Ups employees to vote yes on a P.O.S. contract?
I think we should have a NO VOTE. From what YRC is trying to do to the workers.
