I worked for a company for 27 years, a union member, a Teamster. If you learn to play with the rules you can get something done. Al through that time I won most grievances (got fired 2 or 3 times and reinstated after filling a grievance) not because of the representatives but because I did my part by searching and using resources available from labor boards and others. If you are well informed they have to represent you to the best of their knowledge.

Teamsters is junk. Pay cuts, not making company honor the contract, not being represented. Supposed to have uniforms for all seasons due to contract and they give us short sleeved shirts. It's 5 degrees out and we work outside. How do I contact a head corporation for Teamsters.
