I have always been for unions but I'm starting to sounder if it's worth it any more I just had an issue with my union local UAW local 1612. I couldn't even get the local rep to back me as a shop steward with a problem I have with the company and a disgruntled employee and bumping me to night shift while being an elected shop steward for the day shift. What am I paying union dues for.
