I ordered a piece of furniture a while ago when it was on sale. The item arrived with some blemishes and sommat like defects in some of the parts, so I contacted the CS, which arranged a replacement to be sent quite promptly. The second item I received had the same issues, but after checking with the manufacturer, the CS told me those aren't actully defects but results of the manufacturing. Disgusting seller and damaged products. I ordered a dressing table for my 4-year-old for a Christmas present and when I opened the box it was seriously damaged. They stated that will send a replacement only for the part but they did not. Now they offer me a 20% discount or return the product unopened.
