Good customer service in store but after service is disgusting still waiting for them to phone back for vinyl to be laid have phoned many times to be told they will contact me and I'm still waiting nearly 3 weeks now will never use them again and definitely wouldn't recommend
Craig fitted our stair carpet just before Xmas. Excellent five star service from start to finish. Craig's wife provided really helpful advice regarding which carpet to purchase and happy for me to take samples home. There was no pressure to buy whatsoever. Craig did a brilliant job fitting the carpet and was friendly and funny. I can definitely recommend Team Valley Carpets.
