I couldn’t pick a better place to workout! I have been coming here for over a year and it is by far the safest gym environment I have ever experienced. They have such an amazing space and the equipment available is unlike anywhere I have ever been! I have to say as a female working out at a gym I have never felt uncomfortable and the staff is so friendly sometimes I end up spending half my time there chatting!!!! I honestly don’t know what I would do with out this place!!!!

The recent article in the Greeley Trib is a smack in the face of this locally owned and beloved gym. The family that runs this gym goes out of their way to make this gym a safe place for members and staff. They also constantly organize multiple community related events that are family friendly. With the owner's military background and his unabashed support for local law enforcement he has chosen to enact certain policies, policies which I've only heard complained about in that article. Best gym in town, hands down. They simply have the widest variety of equipment, and the most amount of pure WEIGHT. This is a home for serious lifters and those just looking to get into better shape! I see big things for Team Tom in the future �
