I trained here for a couple days while traveling. This gym has an enormous selection of great equipment for anyone serious about powerlifting, strongman, bodybuilding, or general fitness. Good atmosphere, friendly staff. I strongly recommend Team Tom!

It is the most awesome gym in the world!! There are machines and a big open area for dry land and plyometric type exercises. It is the truly non-judgmental gym. I am a 50 year old woman and Team Tom is the only gym where you can really do the right workout for you and not feel judged. I drive 40 min to go to Team Tom, it is THAT worth it.
Such a positive and, supportive environment! This is a great place for lifters of all levels as well as for ppl that just want to get a great workout in. I love that this is a family friendly place, my 4 yr old looks forward to daycare. Plenty of classes as well, yoga, strong man are just a few of the things they have to offer.

I love this place wont find a better variety of equipment for any type of workout you want! Also the most affordable daycare at a gym anywhere!
love the atmosphere. It's a gym and I don't feel judged or demeaned over my weight. I've had two trainers come and talk to me and gave some recommendations and invited me to their classes. It may not have all the niceties of other gyms, but it's got all the right equipment and talent around it with heart and soul of a place to come work out and get in shape. Highly recommend Team Tom.
There is never a crowd and your not wasting your time with the typical person sitting on a machine on their phone wasting everyone’s time!
