Great gym and great owners
Best gym ever. Supports the Military Law Enforcement Fire and EMS. They also give back to the community. Great people.
This gym has been my home for 2+ years. Tom and Wendy are incredible people and have always treated everyone with kindness and respect. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better place to workout!
I worked at this gym for about a year and even after leaving I still work out here all the time! Tom and Wendy have been so good to me and I can’t thank them enough. This is a great place to work out no matter your fitness goals. Whether you have never worked out a day in your life or you’re an IFBB pro, this place has something for everyone. Amazing gym!
This place turned away a very good friend of mine, a hard working man/ father because they profiled him as a trouble maker because he is Black but claimed it was due to a tattoo on his face.
