RecommendedI am sad for real. I moved to CO from LA in October 2019 for work here. I loved this gym and staff during these last 6 months. I was happy to support a locally owned mom and pop’s setup. Those are the best gyms IMO after living out of state a few times. I never had any issues and it was a perfect setup for olympic weightllifting + powerlifting. Best gym I’ve ever been to. I live that it’s veteran owned and that they respect the military and uniformed so much. I’ve gotten so much support and advice since I started in January and the results I’ve seen in my physique and mental state make me so proud of where I’ve come! I highly recommend Team Tom and encourage anyone to join!

Good gym good people my wife and i have a been going for 3 months now.
I have worked out at Team Tom since its opening. I have been attending Bootcamp classes with Drew for five years and the amount of support you get in this gym is like none other. I have made long lasting friendships because of the amazing people who attend. It’s a great place to meet all your fitness goals and feel comfortable doing so.
Great gym for powerlifting. Love this gym! Staff is extremely helpful and awesome. Especially Kacie ;)
I have worked out at many gyms over the years. This one stands in it’s own category. They have all the equipment you need from novice to pro. People are there for their fitness. You won’t show up and feel judged because people stare, they’re usually too busy working out. The staff cares about the members and the facility. This is by far the best gym I have been to. Coming from the Springs, I have had to try a lot of different places and this gym has the best equipment, atmosphere, and people. Not a racist person in this gym and anyone who thinks so is misinformed.
