“Implied warranty” is means nothing, do not let it be a bargaining chip in the deal. I bought a Honda S2000 from the used lot from Team Honda and loved it. After owning it for a few weeks I noticed that the AC was not blowing cold (my commute is about 3 minutes). I brought this up with Team Honda and they agreed to take it in to check out the issue.
