I spoke to a salesman for a while and almost agreed on a price. He was supposed to call me back the next day to let me know for sure about it, but never did. I texted him and he never responded, so I went to another dealership the next day and got the vehicle for the price that we discussed. There's nothing ruder than being ignored...especially when I'm about to spend that much money! Very unprofessional!

Sometimes it’s not just about the sell. I was totally impressed with how my situation was put first and considerations toward what I wanted/needed was put ahead of closing a deal.
