I will never buy another vehicle from Team Honda. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and was in the process of buying a third. My salesman, Steve and I agreed on a price and he knew I was coming in on Friday to do the paperwork. He called me Thursday afternoon to say the vehicle had sold that day. He told me they don’t “hold” vehicles. We had already agreed on price and timeline for purchase!!! Really poor business practice and they definitely lost a repeat customer.
Kevin Scarbro, Alan D'Aubin and everybody that assisted me when my "salesperson" Kristal Harvey dodged me I THANK YOU!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!! Kevin went above & beyond to satisfy me & get me straight. Kristal made the sale, but dodged me when problems came up not even a week later. Nothing with the car, but it was her sale so she should have handled it. 3rd car from them with 1 more to come. I LOVE MY CAR!!!💕 Kevin, I'm coming for you!!! I recommend Team Honda, but not Kristal Harvey!!!
